Amdac Carmichael Ltd prides itself in on "understanding customers needs" and ensuring a vehicle is supplied that meets those requirements. Unrivalled after-sales service is provided to customers in the UK and overseas by a dedicated Customer Service department. For vehicles sold overseas, training in the operation and routine maintenance of a vehicle is provided as part of the commissioning package. Specific training programmes, tailored to suit customers' requirements can be provided in the UK or at the final destination of the vehicle. Operational fire fighting courses can be arranged at UK training establishments to complement the vehicle training package.

Contract maintenance agreements are also available from Carmichael, each agreement tailored to a customer's individual requirements. This service is available for all vehicles including those not originally manufactured by Carmichael. A comprehensive stock of spare parts is held in Worcester, ensuring the supply of quality parts in the shortest possible time.
